I had a fantastic stay, getting great value for my money with a lovely room that had all the necessary amenities. The location was perfect, just steps away from the beach, restaurants, and shops, and the staff were friendly and accommodating.
Breakfast options could be improved with a wider variety of fresh fruits.

It was a recently renovated hotel in a good area, adjacent to near by bars, all restaurants, and the boardwalk, river, cafes & boutique shops. We have spent 3 days in standard queen studio with dish washer and bathroom, as for instance.

We were really disappointed with the cleanliness and upkeep of our place. Ants invaded the kitchen, ruining our groceries, and the management was unhelpful about it. It felt frustrating and took away from our holiday vibe completely.

I had a lovely stay at Laguna. The location was excellent, making it easy to stroll to the beach and explore nearby dining options. My room was clean and well-appointed, and I enjoyed the comfortable bed. The pool area was good, always pristine, and provided a perfect spot to relax. With the added convenience of on-site parking and the charming river views from the balcony, my experience was enjoyable.
Nothing to complain about! 😊.

Studio was good and the extra for the river view was worth it, although the sun never shines on the balcony. If you can afford it take the suite as you get 2 balconies, one sunny overlooking the pool with the other overlooking the river.

Had an awesome business trip here! The location is just perfect, right on Hastings Street, making it super easy to grab a bite or a coffee between meetings. My apartment was spacious, super clean, and had a lovely balcony with fine river views. The friendly staff went above and beyond to make me feel welcomed, and the pool area was a great spot to unwind after a long day. Seriously, I’d definitely come back!
There’s no lift, so if you’re on the top floor, be prepared to haul your bags up a few flights. I guess it’s a little workout, but just something to keep in mind if you have heavy luggage. it was a fab stay!

Close proximity to shops and beach and nature reserve. The free movies was nice and available underground parking and close to the ferry. Hotel staff nice.
I wish we had a oven , and gas cook-top instead of electric cook-top to cook since we fixed all meals at the hotel. The refrigerator was good size and room was spacious. It was also quiet because our room faced the river. I did have to close the balcony doors several times due to neighbors smoking entering our room.

The suite offered a comfortable lounge with a handy fold-out bed, making it perfect for accommodating an extra guest. I appreciated the luxurious feel of the space, despite the bathroom being rather tiny compared to the overall suite, which did not detract significantly from my experience.
One minor drawback was the occasional noise from the hallway, which disrupted the otherwise peaceful atmosphere.

When I arrived to the hotel I was advised by the manager that Booked.net did not notify the manager about my booking. And this was second time there was communication problem between the Booked.net and the hotel this year. Luckily, despite the high season, there were two rooms available, so we were accomodated in the hotel. We were supposed to have a room with two bedrooms and two bathrooms, our rooms were not next to each other (though close). We had a suite and a studio rooms. The studio room had a very poor decor and "old" smell.
